Back Home
I am home.We had a wonderful time on our trip as a family and with my extended sided of the family. Each year I cherish (more and more) the time that my children and I are able to have with extended family.
Each year I realize (more and more) that family is the most important aspect of my life and each year I feel less guilty about being unable (or sometimes unwilling) to do or commit to more outside of the family.
I am tired. But aren't we always tired after a 'vacation' - I think so. But it was so worth it.
I have one day to turn my house back into a home and ready for hubby's side of the family to roll into town and help us celebrate our eldest son's birthday. Sometime tomorrow I will also do quick planning for a birthday party and ready for ten additional children (with parents in tow) to invade my home.
Mission identified, time to execute.
